Shipping and Returns

Shipping within Australia:

We are nice and fast with packing your online order and they are usually packed and taken to the post office within 1-2 days, sometimes that afternoon.

We offer a flat rate of $10 with Australia post ( With exception of bulky items where we will quote you for shipping).

Shipping times with Australia post are 3-7 days.

Express:

For orders that need an even faster turnaround, we offer a $20 flat rate within Australia. 

Bulky Items:

For items that are larger or heavier than the standard items, we will provide you with a quote. These items generally include artwork, pots, furniture. If you are wanting one of these items you can either purchase and select ‘click and collect’ and we will send you a quote otherwise please get in touch with us hello@meetgathercollect.com.au and we will discuss shipping cost.

Tracking your order:

A tracking number will be provided to you as soon as the order has been shipped with Australia Post.

Gift Wrapping:

We LOVE gift wrapping here at Meet Gather Collect and we want to make sure the lovely gift you have taken the time to choose is delivered even more special. So be sure to add this to your order. If you have multiple gifts, that’s not a problem. Drop us a line and we will be sure to wrap them separately for you.

Don’t forget you can add a greeting card and we will happily write a your thoughtful message on your behalf, just be sure to leave your note on checkout.

Gift wrapping is something we love to do and we can make your life even easier!

Refunds and Returns:

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We only refund if an item is faulty but we will offer an exchange or store credit.  Your item must be returned within 14 days (including online and instore). Items must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.

If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we can not offer an exchange or credit.

Proof of purchase will need to be required. Please email us a copy of the receipt. Meet Gather Collect does reserve the right to refuse a return.

Sale items - Please choose carefully as we do not exchange items or provide store credits.

Shipping a returned item.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost and these costs are not included in the exchange or store credit amount. When shipping back items, please provide a tracking number so we can make sure your items return back to us safely.

Local Delivery:

Please select ‘ Free Canberra Delivery” . We offer free local delivery for orders over $50 within Canberra. Deliveries are delivered within 1-2 days if not the same day! Please let us know if you need it really quickly.

Click and Collect:

Yes of course we provide, please select ‘ click and collect’ at checkout. Your order will be packed within 2 hours and you will receive an email notification that your order is ready for collection.  Please provide your order details when collecting.
