Our Story

Meet Gather Collect was founded in 2015 by husband and wife team Pete & Thea, who are now joined by their two small children and an amazing team.

After spending 5 years in Melbourne, they returned to Canberra bringing along the remarkable finds they discovered along the way.

They spotting a gap in Canberra for a beautifully curated gift store & Meet Gather Collect was born.

Today, Thea is the driving force behind the store, working with a small, knowledgeable team who carefully hand-select everything that enters the space. Together, they've built not just a store, but a thriving community.

Pete has established himself as a furniture maker with his brand Curious Tales. His beautiful, handcrafted pieces are showcased in-store, offering customers access to exceptional, one-of-a-kind furniture.

We are proud of the community and store that we have build. Our love for great Australian creative’s wares shine’s through everything we do. We have put our heart and sole into it and we couldn’t be more proud. We hope you love it as such as we do.
