What if I am a complete beginner, can I still attend?
Of course, that’s what we are all about! All our workshops are for beginners, no prior skills are needed. We want you to come and try something new! The main thing is that we want you to have fun!
Do I need to bring anything?
Nope, all materials are included in our workshops. If the workshop does run over lunch, you may want to bring something along with you or you can grab something from the cafe as lunch is not provided. We do put on a morning/afternoon tea depending on what time the workshops is on.
What if I can’t make it to the class?
All our workshops are non- refundable. However if you do have a friend that is interested you can send them in your place.
If by chance you are sick, you forget or your child minder doesn’t turn up and you can’t make it to the class we are unable to offer a refund or credit.
I have booked a class but want to transfer it to another one?
Yes that can be organised. We will need 3 weeks notice as we will need to try to fill your original place that was booked.
Do you run private workshops?
We sure can. Depending of which workshop we require a minimum of 8-10 people. The best thing is to do is to get in contact with us firstname.lastname@example.org we can discuss some options for you.
Can I buy a gift voucher for someone and use it on workshops?
Yes of course! You can either purchase one through the website or come instore and we will issue a gift voucher. There is a 12 months expiry date on all gift vouchers.
Please note that gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot to redeemed for cash.

If I ordered something online, can I collect it instore?
Yes you sure can. You just need to select in store pick up when checking out. In the notes section, please let us know when we can expect you to pick it up and we will have it all ready for you. We will look forward to meeting you in person!
Please note, if you come in to collect your items and have selected postage we can not refund the postage amount to you.
What do I need to bring with me?
Please have your order number ready when you arrive for collection.
The order confirmation email would be handy too!

How much is shipping?
We have a flat rate of $10. If there is an item which is 'pick up' only, please get in contact with us and we will get a quote for you.
How long will it take to get my order via post?
We will endeavour to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, sometimes it may take 2-3 days. Your order will be through Australia Post. They sometime endure delays. If you needed super quickly, please get in contact with us and we can organise express post.
Do you gift wrap?
Sure do! All our items come beautifully gift wrapped in brown paper, a MGC sticker and string.
We make sure that we remove all price tags as everything is a gift, even if it’s for yourself!
