Cinnamon Bark: Reduces menstrual cramps and effects of PMS, high in antioxidants, lowers inflammation.
Ginger Root: Antioxidant-rich, anti-inflammatory properties, known to reduce nausea.
Lady’s Mantle Leaf: Assists in reducing hot flushes, night sweats, anxiety and mood swings.
Lemon Balm: Can reduce anxiety, increase a feeling of calm and improve general moods.
Red Raspberry Leaf: Contains fragarine, a compound known to inhibit uterine activity by tightening the muscles of the pelvic region.
Stinging Nettle Leaf: Cleansing properties, boosts metabolism and your body’s natural defences and relieves joint pains and menstrual cramps.

How To Brew:
Steep one heaped teaspoon in a cup of boiling water for 10 minutes, Put your feet up, get your re-runs of The Office queued and enjoy. Use 2-3 times per day.
